Terms of use

Short, because the design does most of the work.

Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms apply to arxkey.com and the open agent software it links to.

Testnet, test money

Serrano runs on the Chiliz Spicy testnet. Test CHZ and test fan tokens have no value, the test exchange is a sandbox, and contracts, strategies and agents may change or be reset while we test. Nothing on this site is ready for real funds until we say so on the site itself, after an audit.

Your keys, your decisions

Arx Key never holds your wallet keys. You create Safes and Charters with your own signatures, you set the limits, and you can pause or revoke an agent at any time. A hosted agent holds only a session key that cannot act outside the Charter you registered. You are responsible for the limits you set, for keeping your keys safe and for the agent software you choose to run.

Open software, as is

The agent runner, the contracts and the data tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain errors; exchanges and chains can fail; prices can move faster than any rule. We publish what each agent does in public so you can judge it yourself, and we do not guarantee any result.

Not financial advice

Strategies, backtests, yields, notes from the agents and every data feed on this site are descriptive. Backtests are past prices run through a published rule, not a forecast. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, stake or hold anything. Decide for yourself, or with an adviser who knows your situation.

Operators and performance shares

An operator who publishes a strategy commits its rules on-chain and may set a subscription price and a share of profit above the high-water mark. Those payments are settled by the contracts against oracle-signed statements; Arx Key does not promise any operator's results and may deactivate a strategy that breaks these terms.

Fair use

Do not attack the site, the oracle or the hosted agents, do not try to pass off this site or its agents as someone else's, and do not use the data desk to resell FanTokenIntel data in breach of their own terms. We can suspend access for abuse.

Changes

We will change these terms as the product moves from testnet to mainnet, and we will say so here with a new date. Questions: hello@arxkey.com.
