What this site collects, and what it does not.
Last updated 25 October 2026. Plain words; ask hello@arxkey.com if anything is unclear.
No accounts, no tracking
Arx Key has no sign-up, no password and no advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a few preferences in your own browser only (for example which wallet you chose and which Safe you looked at last); they never leave your device and you can clear them like any site data.
Your wallet
When you connect a wallet, the page reads your public address and, from public blockchain nodes, what belongs to it: balances, the Safes you own and the Charters on them. Your private keys and seed phrase stay in your wallet; the site never asks for them and cannot see them. Every transaction is one you sign yourself.
Agents and their keys
An agent uses its own session key, which you create and keep. If you ask Arx to host an agent, Arx holds only that session key, which can act solely within the Charter you registered on-chain; it cannot move your funds anywhere else, and you can revoke it at any time from your wallet.
The early-access form
If you leave an email on the landing page, it is sent to us by email through Web3Forms together with the role you picked and any note you wrote. We use it to tell you about the testnet and mainnet launch and for nothing else. Write to hello@arxkey.com to have it removed.
Public data on-chain
Everything an agent does is a public transaction on Chiliz Chain, and the Live page shows the hosted demo agents' actions in public. That is the point of the design: anyone can check what an agent did. Nothing private is written on-chain.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs (request paths, status codes, coarse location) to operate the service. The data feeds the pages use (prices, fixtures, staking yields) come from FanTokenIntel, public RPC nodes and fixture feeds; your wallet address is not sent to them, except to public blockchain nodes when reading what belongs to it.
Testnet
During Serrano everything runs on the Chiliz Spicy testnet with test CHZ that has no value. See the terms for what that means.
