Arx Key is built in public and verified on-chain. Phase 1 is live today. Everything after it is listed with what "done" looks like, so you can hold us to it.
Testnet launch
Chiliz Spicy, October 2026. Every item below is deployed and used by the hosted agents on the proving ground.
- Safe account you own + Arx Session Module v1.2 (caps, allowlists, rate limit, expiry, revoke, pause, strategy-linked Charters)
- Charter presets: stake-and-hold, liquidity seed, match momentum, governance
- Staking, liquidity and guarded swaps executed live through the module
- Agent runner (session key only) with on-chain audit trail
- CEX connector: trade-only keys, CEX Charter guard, limit-IOC orders, kill switch, audit log
- Strategy registry: publish, subscribe in CHZ, on-chain fee split, on-chain manifests
- Performance tracking, operator reputation 0–100, shareable Safe reports
- Performance-share settlement: oracle-signed NAV statements, high-water mark, pull withdrawals
- Sleeve accounting + automatic settlement in the runner
- Multi-token portfolios (index strategy running) and voting agents (vote-only Charter, on-chain poll)
- MCP server with 22 tools, Arx Pass in CHZ, pay-per-call via x402
- Proving ground: hosted strategies settling on-chain, verifiable by anyone
Mainnet
Done means: the same flows on Chiliz Chain 88888 with real CHZ, after an independent audit, with nothing hosted that users cannot run themselves.
- Independent audit of the Session Module, registry, manifests and settlement contracts; fixes published
- Mainnet deployment with a fresh oracle key and the owner treasury; Spicy stays as the permanent testnet
- Agent as an installable package (npm) and a one-command hosted runner for people who do not want a server
- Event indexer so Charter stats, reputation and settlements load instantly at any volume
- Mobile wallets through WalletConnect, tested end to end on phones
- Live x402 payments for pay-per-call data; Arx Pass and Pro tier priced in CHZ on mainnet
- Support for new Fan Token launches as their contracts go live
- Manifest tooling: version upgrades, diff view, re-adopt flow for subscribers
- Execution fee and operator payouts live on mainnet
Operator network
Done means: a stranger can publish a strategy with a backtest, users can compare strategies on risk-adjusted numbers, and every exchange that lists Fan Tokens is supported.
- Operator SDK: write a strategy as a small module, test it against FanTokenIntel history, publish with one command
- Backtests attached to manifests, reproducible from public data
- Reputation v2: drawdown, consistency and risk-adjusted performance, not only growth
- Multi-exchange CEX runner live: Binance, MEXC, Bybit, OKX
- On-chain index baskets once Kayen pool depth supports them; depth-gated automatically
- Daily audit-log digests anchored on Chiliz for every hosted runner
- Alerts: webhook and email on every settlement, rejection and kill-switch event
- Multi-owner Safes and shared Charters for groups and small treasuries
Open network
Done means: the parts you still have to trust us for are gone or verifiable, and other builders ship on the same rails.
- Third-party runners with remote attestation, so NAV statements for exchange strategies no longer rely on one oracle
- Session Module v2: per-token caps, time windows around fixtures, spend schedules, delegated revoke
- Governance agents on real club and chain Governors as they appear on-chain; policy manifests for how an agent votes
- Treasury desk for clubs and leagues: staking policy, reporting, multi-sig Charters
- Public API and webhooks for the registry, performance and settlement data
- Open strategy format, documented so other platforms can run and verify Arx Charters
What is not on this list: anything that depends on another company. Partnerships, listings and co-marketing are pursued separately and will be announced only when they are real.
